1.What coins are

Coins are a prepaid way to unlock individual episodes of microdramas and series on Nexo TV without a subscription.

  • Coins are sold in packs. Before you pay, we show the pack’s price in Philippine pesos (₱), including 12% VAT, the number of coins and any bonus coins that come with it.
  • Coins are a right to unlock content on Nexo TV. They are not money, e-money or a deposit, and they don’t earn interest.
  • Coins are only offered in regions where we sell them. Your balance and every coin you add or spend are listed in Plans & billing.

2.Getting coins

  • Buying a pack. Choose a pack in Plans & billing, check the review screen and pay with one of the methods shown for your region. The coins are added once the payment is confirmed, and you get a receipt by email.
  • Free bonus coins. Some promotions, such as daily check-ins and referrals, give free coins. Each offer explains how many coins you get and when.

3.Unlocking episodes

  • Every episode that can be unlocked with coins shows its coin price before you unlock it. Coins are only taken when you confirm.
  • You pay once per episode. Unlocking an episode you already unlocked never costs coins again.
  • An unlocked episode stays unlocked for your account, on every profile and device, for as long as the title is available on Nexo TV in your region.
  • We may change the coin price of episodes. A change never affects episodes you have already unlocked.
  • Where it is offered, you can unlock some episodes by watching a clearly labelled ad instead of spending coins.

4.Expiry and value

  • Coins never expire. Paid and bonus coins stay in your balance until you use them.
  • Coins have no cash value. They can’t be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for money, except where the law requires it.

5.Refunds and spent coins

If something went wrong with a coin purchase, contact us through the Help center within 14 days of the charge and we will review it promptly. Where a refund is due, we return the money to your original payment method where possible.

  • When a coin purchase is refunded, the coins from that pack, including its bonus coins and in proportion to the amount refunded, are removed from your balance.
  • Coins already spent stay spent. If you have already used some of those coins, we only remove what is left in your balance, and the episodes you unlocked stay unlocked.
  • Free bonus coins from promotions are not refundable, because you didn’t pay for them.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Philippine consumer law. See also the Terms of Service and how to make a complaint.

6.If an unlocked title is withdrawn

Titles can leave Nexo TV, for example when a licence ends or content is taken down. If a title you unlocked with coins is withdrawn, [remedy to be confirmed, e.g. coins returned to your balance if the title is withdrawn within 30 days of your unlock]TBC.

7.If you close your account

Your coin balance belongs to your account. If you delete your account, any unused coins are closed with it and can’t be recovered or refunded, [except where the law requires otherwise]TBC. If you have a recent coin purchase you want refunded, contact us before you delete your account. We keep coin transaction records after deletion for accounting and tax purposes, as described in the Privacy Notice.

8.Changes to this policy

We will tell you in advance about any change to this policy that affects coins you already hold.
