Creator guidelines

On this page

1.Who can publish on Nexo TV

Filmmakers, studios and independent creators, including Filipino creators, can apply through Creator Studio. You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and hold the rights to everything you submit.

2.Declare accurately how AI was used

Every submission needs a provenance declaration: the production type (fully AI-generated, AI-assisted, live action with AI post, mixed media or human-made), the AI tools used and what they were used for, and whether any synthetic voices or likenesses appear.

Our editors check declarations before publishing. Misleading declarations lead to relabelling or removal and can suspend your account and payouts.

4.Rights clearance

You must own or license all footage, music, fonts, artwork, training material you control and other elements of your title, for the territories you choose. Keep your licences on file; we may ask for them, and rights documents with expiry dates must be kept current.

5.Content standards and ratings

Self-classify your title using MTRCB categories (G, PG, R-13, R-16, R-18) and add content advisories (violence, language, sexual content, etc.). Our editors may adjust the rating.

We don’t accept content that is illegal in the Philippines, promotes violence or hatred, exploits children, depicts real non-consensual acts, or is primarily spam or advertising.

6.Editorial review

Submissions are reviewed for technical quality, rights, provenance and standards before they go live. You’ll see status updates in Creator Studio and in your notifications; if changes are needed we’ll tell you what and why.

7.Monetisation

Earnings terms (revenue share from subscriptions, coin unlocks and ads) are set out in your creator agreement: [revenue share and payout terms to be confirmed]TBC.

8.Enforcement and appeals

Breaking these guidelines can lead to relabelling, removal, withheld payouts or account suspension, depending on severity. You can appeal a decision through the Help center; a different reviewer will look at it.
