1.What you can report

  • Copyright: a title, clip, artwork, music or text on Nexo TV that copies work you own or represent, protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293).
  • Likeness: a synthetic or real use of your voice, face or body without your consent. You don’t need to own a copyright to report this.

2.What to include

  1. Your contact details, and your organisation if you act for a rights holder.
  2. A description of the work (or, for likeness, the person) concerned.
  3. Links to each title or episode on Nexo TV (copy them from your browser’s address bar).
  4. The two statements below, and your full name as an electronic signature.

3.What happens next

Our rights team reviews every notice. If it’s valid we disable the content, tell the uploader and give them a chance to respond with a counter-notice. We may reinstate content if the counter-notice is valid and you don’t take legal action. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

You can also write to copyright@nexo.tvTBC. For privacy questions, contact our Data Protection Officer.

4.False notices

Knowingly false or misleading notices can make you liable for damages. If you’re not sure whether content infringes your rights, seek legal advice first.
